The evidence was transported in two pickups under tight security.

This submission follows the impeachment of Gachagua by 281 Members of Parliament, who cited corruption, abuse of office, and threats against President William Ruto as key grounds for their decision.

On the day of the hearing, Gachagua will have four hours to present his defence. Reactions from Kenyans regarding the substantial evidence he provided have been mixed.

How did Kenyans react to Gachagua's submission?

@Adele_lide observed:

"We have faith that the Senate will do the right thing. Gachagua's only crime is being truthful."

@bungomaduke said:

"Someone should get me guava juice. We are ready for Wednesday."

@SheldonRangondi advised:

"Ruto and Raila want him out. If I were him, I'd just resign. Save some breath to contest in 2027. If he's kicked out, the only close thing to the state house he will achieve is to be a power broker."

@DariusBarack reacted:

"With the evidence from the National Assembly alone, Gachagua should sense danger and do the honourable thing and resign. It would be quite an embarrassment if the Senate impeaches him. My only worry is Gachagua's advisers...even with such evidence and allegations against him, they can not tell him to resign so that in the next election he gets even a chance to view for MCA Mathira Ward."

@IngNdolo commented:

"Senate should squash this nonsense and allow us to for on SHIF, ADANI, KETRACO and others!"

@Insidar92 posed:

"Looks like the political drama is heating up better grab that popcorn and get ready for the show, What's the next twist in this unfolding saga?"

@Machariadavid41 replied:

"Riggy G also delivered a truckload earlier. Reminds me of the famous Mitsubishi FH truck that delivered what Justice Martha Koome called hot air, innuendo and a red herring. Greet Midusa for me my son."

@slmshady21

"Real men fight to the end without fear, they say, speak your mind even if your voice shakes."
