Businesswoman Anerlisa Muigai says it has been seven months since she quit alcohol together with her husband.

The Keroche heiress revealed the news on an Instagram post in which she disclosed that they had been teetotalers to focus on a healthy lifestyle, both physically and spiritually.

?There are some things that cannot lack in the house. Ribena. Not a fan?but my hubs loves them a bit too much. We quit alcoholic drinks to focus on both our lives and on God,? she wrote.

The Farmbid Africa boss, who is married to businessman Joe Kariuki, stated she has been heavy on water and herbal tea which helps her sleep.

?My favourite teas. I love the taste of vanilla and strawberry tea, chamomile is good for sleep?? she posted.
