Homa Bay - Four Mbita Boys High School students and a boda boday rider have been involved in an accident within Mbita Town.

The students had been released for the April holiday when they were knocked down by a speeding personal vehicle.

The students and the boda boda rider were negotiating on the price beside the road when the tragic incident happened.

Eyewitnesses claim the car was moving at an alarming speed, and there are suspicions that the driver may have been intoxicated at the time of the crash.
