Kairo was in a relationship with influencer Cera, but after their split, he denied claims that she dated him for his money.

However, in an interview with Mungai Eve, the businessman disclosed that he is already married to his current lover, Wavinya, just four months after meeting.
"Technically, we are actually married. I think I have been in toxic relationships, so I know what I want. When you mature and get to a certain mindset, you are like, look, you need to settle down. You need to start having babies as soon as possible. And we need to build our family. When you meet a woman who has a similar principal approach to life, once to settle down, wants to be a good wife, once to raise your children, una anguka nayo. (you fall with it)," he said.
His wife, Wavinya, also revealed that she decided to get married two years ago, shocking many people.
"We are legally married; we have not really done that big wedding. We are very modest. We will have a very small, polite wedding. Few people somewhere on the beach. We are very happy, we are living life one step at a time. She brings a lot of light in my life," added Kairo.

The businessman and Miss World Kenya 2019 shared photos from their classy date, and fans camped on their posts, asking if they were an item.
The businessman also posted a photo holding a Wavinya's hand at the same restaurant, and netizens flooded his post.
