Iowa women's basketball tickets: Best prices, roster, schedule for Hawkeyes 2024-25 season
A new season of women's basketball begins in Iowa City. Not just because the 2024-25 year is about to tipoff but because the Hawkeyes will be going through some changes this time.
Not only did hometown hero Caitlin Clark leave for the WNBA after last season but former head coach Lisa Bluder announced her retirement in May. It leaves the Hawkeyes with some changes to address, and quick, as they look to who will lead the squad now.
On the coaching side, they don't have to look far as Jan Jenson takes over after 24 years as associate head coach. It's safe to say she'll fit in smoothly. While the Hawkeyes lost a handful of their stars on the court, they return some of those essential in the back-to-back championship appearances with Hannah Stuelke and Sydney Affolter, two of the top-four scorers and rebounders last season. Plus, there's a new face in Lucy Olsen, transfer from Villanova who was third in the nation in scoring last year.
It's no secret Iowa will look vastly different during their 2024-25 games. But if we've seen anything from the Hawkeyes over the past two years, it's that they've built a program to last.

With over four months of games to go, fans can find the passes in the budget that works for them. To compare, the Hawkeyes' season opener against Northern Illinois on Nov. 6 is going for $35 each. The Cy-Hawk rivalry game with Iowa State on Dec. 11 has a get-in price of about $150. Only a few seats remain, though, with a month until Iowa's season tips off.
