Is William Ruto a 'wantam' president?

Speaking in Homa Bay county during the Madaraka Day celebrations on Sunday, June 1, Cheruiyot dismissed the now viral 'Wantam'.

The outspoken stated that many Kenyans, especially in the rural areas, appreciate the good work that the Kenya Kwanza government has done.

According to the Kericho senator, the 'Wantam' proponents are noisemakers and idlers who have nothing important to do in life.

"Those are idlers who have not travelled around the country to appreciate the work that has been done. People in the village appreciate the work that has been done. Those who are online are just noisemakers and idlers who don?t know what they are doing with life," Cheruiyot said.

MP Junet Mohamed: Kenyans are tired of this 'notam, wantam', they just want to be united. Rotating national celebrations across the country is one of the best decisions we've made?it gives every region a sense of inclusion. Kenyans are tired of division and ethnic politics; they long for unity and a shared national identity
