Dr Joyce, who is rarely seen in public apart from a few special occasions, arrived at the venue a few minutes after 10 am, accompanied by her husband.

The University of Nairobi lecturer donned a long, stylish, maroon lace dress, a blonde bob wig, and silver block high heels. She accessorised her look with a white necklace.
