Ntombi, the woman at the heart of a painful murder story has finally talked, saying that she had been dating Emmanuel Muhamba in January

Why was Ntombi's baby daddy angry?

On April 17, a chilling video showed a man in a Ford Ranger running over another man in Johannesburg, South Africa.

The victim was identified as Zimbabwean national Emmanuel Mahambaa, and he died at the scene following the attack.

It was believed that the incident stemmed from an altercation between Muhamba and the suspect, who were engaged in a love triangle with the same woman.

?I agree that I once dated Emmanuel in January, and we broke up in February because some Ugandans recorded a video of Emmanuel and I,? said Ntombi.

Why did Ntombi and Muhamba break up?

She explained that her baby daddy was Ugandan and she had been living with him while having a relationship with Emmanuel.

Since things were rocky with her Ugandan baby daddy, she decided to embrace a new relationship with Muhamba, and they started dating because he used to frequent the shop where the beauty worked.

She later left the relationship to ensure Emmanuel's and her kids' safety.

What led to the fight between the two?

According to Ntombi, Muhamba arrived at the motorbike parts shop with some Ugandan men and found her baby daddy at the premises.

?Later on, I heard some noise, people fighting. When I went outside, I asked Muhamba what he was doing, but he didn?t even respond to me. He was holding a stone, and he threw it away. He picked it again and hit the vehicle?s windscreen," she said.

She added that the action prompted her angry baby daddy to take the drastic actions.

What did police say about Muhamba's death?

The Ugandan men spotted with Mahamaba had sent the video of him holding hands with Ntombi and escalated tensions in her relationship.

?He was very angry when he saw the video. I decided to end things with Emmanuel," he said.

In a clip widely shared online, Ntombi is seen screaming and frantically trying to stop the huge car from running over her man.

The tragedy has sent shockwaves through communities in South Africa and Zimbabwe, with many calling for the alleged killer's arrest. .

Confirming the incident, Gauteng police said they are still searching for the suspect. Spokesperson Colonel Dimakatso Nevhuhulwi said, ?The victim had an argument with the shop owner and hit the shop owner's vehicle with a brick, breaking the windscreen?.

"All the leads to trace the suspect are being followed,? she added.
