Indah held a lavish wedding on April 13, which was attended by prominent politicians and celebrities.

The traditional wedding dubbed 'Nyombo' in Dholuo is where the man goes to the woman's home to pay dowry.

Indah was accompanied by close friends, among them Langata MP Jalang'o and celebrity designer Bolo Bespoke, who was responsible for the Luo singer's outfits.

What Robert Alai thinks of Prince Indah's wedding

The groomsmen wore white agbadas that had blue imprints, and they carried golden sticks that had snake symbols.

Alai called the group out, saying what they were doing was far from the Luo culture and calling for respect of traditions.

"The things we saw in that wedding that happened in Migori, the people who in this town call themselves wisemen. Then they came with sticks with snake signs. Those things carry a lot of witchcraft and they are far from the Luo culture. Those are not Luo things. Those are things by conmen in this town who call themselves wisemen. They are for the ... and not for the Luo people. Let us give the Luo culture the prominence and the respect it deserves," he said.

Alai further asked people to stop carrying any symbols and wearing any clothing they pick from Nigeria and associate it with the Luo culture.

What did Indah's wife wear?

Indah's bride, Winnie Nyar Migori, stole the show at her traditional wedding with three different outfits that cost KSh 200,000.

She had the first outfit that she wore in the morning, and then the second outfit which she wore with her bridesmaids.

Her final outfit, a satin dark green dress with golden imprints, was what she wore when she went to meet her hubby after negotiations were officially done.

She looked happy as guests sprayed dollar notes on her while showering her with love and singing Luo songs.

Her bridesmaids included close friends who looked stunning in long white dresses and neat hairstyles.
