Speaking on Wednesday, April 16, Kiborek claimed the president had achieved most of his 2022 campaign pledges.

What are William Ruto's achievements?

According to the first-term lawmaker, in just two years, Ruto has delivered more than what normal governments achieve in 10 years.

He listed the introduction of the Social Health Authority as one of the key achievements of Ruto's Kenya Kwanza administration.

"In just 2 years, President William Samoei Ruto has delivered more than most governments do in a decade ? and we are unapologetically proud of it. From transforming healthcare through SHA, to rolling out the Affordable Housing Program that?s putting roofs over heads and creating jobs," Kiborek said.

He also listed the massive investment in infrastructure and road construction across the country, something he argued had contributed to job creation.

"From launching a new university funding model that prioritises the needy to digitising over 5,000 government services for easier, faster public access. And let?s not forget the massive investment in infrastructure and road construction across the country ? the impact is real and visible. This is not politics. This is transformation," he added.

Is William Ruto unfairly criticised?

Kiborek claimed Ruto has been unfairly judged by his critics despite delivering on many of his manifesto.

The lawmaker argued that Ruto's critics will, in the next two years, have nothing to talk about, as the government would have resolved most of the issues affecting the country.

"President William Ruto is one of the presidents who has been unfairly judged. He has been measured by very unfair yardsticks. He has worked according to his manifesto. Deliver bit by bit of his manifesto.

"So I want to assure naysayers that in the next 2 years, they will have nothing to say. They used to speak about fertilizer, that it was fake, blah blah. When it worked and the yield came, they no longer want us to talk about the success of fertiliser," he stated.

What William Ruto told his critics

In other news, the president strongly slammed opposition leaders opposed to Kenya Kwanza government programmes.

Speaking in Lamu county on February 27, the head of state told his opponents to look beyond the 2027 polls.

According to the president, critics of his Kenya Kwanza government should focus on developing plans to revive the country's economy.

Ruto challenged his opponents to present an alternative plan to transform the country and address the people's challenges.
